1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently deliver across Nepal.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1-3 business days
• Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
• Delivery time may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistics delays.

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
• Customers can choose between standard and express delivery (if available).

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Methods

• We use trusted courier partners for deliveries across Nepal.
• Customers within Kathmandu may opt for same-day delivery on selected items (extra charges may apply).

6. Order Tracking

• Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an SMS or email with tracking details.
• Tracking information will be available through our courier partners’ websites.

7. Delivery Attempt & Reattempt Policy

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a reattempt will be made.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for reattempted deliveries.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

• If a package arrives damaged, customers should refuse delivery and report it to us immediately.
• If any items are missing, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

9. In-Store Pickup

• Customers can choose in-store pickup from our location:

• Orders must be picked up within 3 business days after confirmation.

10. Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
